Blog Day #2 

Today's blog is all about basics of Entrepreneurship .

Actually still I am in dilemma can I call myself entrepreneur or businessman .

What is entrepreneurship its basic question everyone having .

It's all about I can say struggle ,lot of hardwork , Patience and much more than that .It's that's ride of life which you never expected and it's never goes as per your plan . 

When anyone left the job and started business of own they have much more expectations from business as they are experts and having mastery in some skills during Job period .But when they started business journey they came to know their expectations are long way to go .

This happens because mentality difference while pursuing Job and doing business .This is not true that job mentality can't do business . You can but you should be lean and not rigid .

You must be sociable and person who loves networking .This will automatically generated leads for your business on first 2 years .

Consider 2-3 years upto 36 months are worst phase of life .so plan accordingly while leaving your job .Don't keep excess liabilities on your head otherwise you may stuck financially and results into depression 

It happens almost by every entrepreneur poor money managment in business at start  just because of excitement we loose money and keep doing doing waste of time exercises .

Try to stay yourself with same field businesman freelancers to learn how they are tackling day to day obstacles  and negotiate in deals .How they keep their self open for revenue generating activities .Understand their funnel to tunnel procedure .( It means from getting business lead to upto succesful delivery of service and get revenue ) 

Of course if you are leaving job with some money in hand for business take suggestions of financial  advisors to make budget of your business in that money for initial period .I would like to suggest though the options of partnership seems good first go for proprietary company less costs and helps to survive . Do the legal establishment of company and stay strong even you not get revenue in first few months don't expect things to be happened as per your way of only .

Understand the basic principle and markets of your business and their trend changing factors .
Keep learning keep willpower strong and let's ride !!

Project Management

One of the task everyone has to faced as entrepreneur or businessman is taking new projects and handling same . Actually it's very vast topic but hereby I am trying to make it understand into 4 parts and importance of all. Project management divided into  1) Planning  2) Build Up 3) Implementation  4) Close out  Project management generally consist so many activities like draw up plan ,assemble the team , allocation of resources , scheduling of work ,watching the budget etc. 1) Planning :- Planning is essential important almost 80% startups failed because of lack in planning . Project planning gives scope of jobs ,idea of resources needed includes manpower as well as finance and root problem project solving.  In large corporations there is work break down structure of project along with dedicated person and timeline  2) Build Up :-    Building up of team which must have specific skills for project just for example you needed architect in team while building up one civil structure .

Ship Brokering & Commercials :-1

Dear All  So last day we knows little information of import export of course we will go in deep of course of same in later  Today we are taking little information of Ship brokering ,chartering and commercial activities . First of all there are two types of ships dry which is called bulk carriers  and wet  which is called as tankers .
