After long time started writing again and extremely sorry that taken gap without telling .First of all as we previously also discussed have to understand 6 pillars of business which includes Sales,Marketing ,Accounts & Finance ,Human Resource ,Operations , Research and Development .Today we are about to focus in sales and it's overall management .

Many time you have heared complaint from business owners and entrepreneurs that their is no sales in business ,no revenue ,business slowed down and overheads are much more etc. The main reason behind is long reliability on existing customer only for revenue and no competent team for sales to add new clients . 

Each company having own set of procedures and in which they explained duties and responsibilities of Sales Manager .mostly includes 
1. Genrate sales that essential to survival of company 
2. Level of sales and target want to achieve daily ,weekly ,monthly and quarterly , annually .
3.Have to make sales plan ,project and organise people ,resources and material 
4. Need to give people training and information ,resources ,incentives for to get their job done 
5. Need clear objectives ,standards of performance and assigned responsibility for every person .

Company directors insist on continue personal and professional growth and development .

For owners it's much better to interview at least 3 people for job before making any decision of hiring at all 

The sales team set clear sales targets ,quotas for each sales person for each week and month .

Each day 10 new telephone contacts and cold calling for appointment fixing is one of the strategy .Time to time taking opinions of sales team what they have done ,how they worked out and implement their ideas .

Weekly sales training program that considered playing of one sales video per week followed by discussion .
