In all business entity and organisations leadership is always playing big role 

Because leader or you can say face of organisation is whole and sole responsible and have to make sure all the time that organisation doing right thing .

Most important thing for a leader is to create vision and get everyone on the management team to believe ,be convinced and excited for that .

Leader should establish values in organisation such as passion ,respect, integrity ,discipline 

All.leaders great plans don't have any value if they are not expect so making it happen more important than developing new strategy .

Leader must instill a sense of open mindedness in the organisation and encourage the team to explore new ideas .Leadership is all about change and involves risk .

The team is very important to transforms the leaders ideas into action .People with different skills and abilities who will complement you and each other .and leader should have great diplomatic skills to keep team functioning smoothly .

Leader must collaborate with their colleagues and work together with team to achieve organisation goals .

Leaders should go beyond delegating tasks and devolve actual decision making to the level nearest consumers and service users.

Leaders should have to make plan for their succession .

Actually there is so much to talk on leadership and no one can define actual leadership and it's qualities still today I made one attempt close to it .In second part of same blog I will again try to put up ideas .
