People or team like to be challenged at work to feel that they are part of something important and challenging . We always talked about leader with vision and strategist but what if that can't be delivered and communicated with team in proper way so communication all time need to be strong even to handle crisis situations in organisation .Leader should involve all team for decision to make next headway . Leaders main responsibility to create environment that enables team to achieve goals . Leader should stay ahead of people or stay ahead of yourself all the time . Leaders should encourage real debate in  weekly meetings  As last day also we discussed regarding power and autonomy to team .Leaders should involve only if they add value to decision not otherwise . In all business entity and organisations leadership is always playing big role  Because leader or you can say face of organisation is whole and sole responsible and have to make sure all the time that organisation doing right thing . Most important thing for a leader is to create vision and get everyone on the management team to believe ,be convinced and excited for that . Leader should establish values in organisation such as passion ,respect, integrity ,discipline  All.leaders great plans don't have any value if they are not expect so making it happen more important than developing new strategy . Leader must instill a sense of open mindedness in the organisation and encourage the team to explore new ideas .Leadership is all about change and involves risk . The team is very important to transforms the leaders ideas into action .People with different skills and abilities who will complement you and each other .and leader should have great diplomatic skills to keep team functioning

Dear All  So last day we knows little information of import export of course we will go in deep of course of same in later  Today we are taking little information of Ship brokering ,chartering and commercial activities . First of all there are two types of ships dry which is called bulk carriers  and wet  which is called as tankers . Dear All  First of all wishing you all very happy new year and as we all knows 2020 was dull and boring .But now 2021 we will expect more energetic and enthusiastic . Project Management

One of the task everyone has to faced as entrepreneur or businessman is taking new projects and handling same . Actually it's very vast topic but hereby I am trying to make it understand into 4 parts and importance of all.
